Our Unique 5 Step Process

Step 1: Get In Touch With Us

Once the decision is made to hire a qualified electrician to solve your problems, get in touch with us. We are invested in offering you a 5 star customer experience, instead of just getting the job done. You can use the contact form, book a free phone consultation via youcanbook.me, or contact us directly at (361) 413-2588.

Step 2: We Reach Out Within 48 Hours

You don’t have to wait weeks to hear back from us. We’ll have a brief discussion about your project to see how we can help you. We’ll also request you send us a few pictures that convey the electrical problems at hand.

Step 3: Phone Consultation & Estimate

After receiving the pictures, we’ll have a second discussion (on the booked date) to explore all the variables and necessities of your project. When we are on the same page, we will be able to provide a verbal estimate during the call and we’ll also schedule the in-home assessment*.
*Not all projects require in-home assessments.

Step 4: In-Home Assessment

On the date of the in-home assessment we will go over each step of the project and provide a detailed scope of work. The in-home assessment charge is set at $225*, which half will be deducted from the total cost of the project and will be reflected on the estimate sheet. You can keep the materials list and all information provided to use as a guide should you choose to go with a different company for any reason.

*Not all projects require in-home assessments, projects that include but aren’t limited to, panel upgrades, service upgrades, generator or transfer switch installations etc. (anything requiring panel entry that can only be accessed by a qualified electrician)

Step 5: Our Warranty

The average electrical contractor warranty lasts around a year. We protect you with double the industry standard at a 2 year No Questions Asked warranty on all devices/equipment we provide. This only applies to labor on devices/equipment that have manufacturer defects and that the wiring hasn’t been tampered with.
